norton antivirus found this in a file called
C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/SVCINIT.EXE. NORTON COULD NOT OPEN
THE FILE OR KILL THE VIRUS. I HAVE IT QUARENTINED. CAN I
DELETE THIS FILE? WHAT HARM WOULD IT DO NOT TO HAVE IT?
IF I NEED TO RPLACE IT, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
