I am needing some help. Sometime in the past few days,
something was placed on my PC that is generating all
sorts of pop-ups. Here is what I know. When I go out to
my Temporary Internet files, there are a boatload of pop-
up cookies. I then delete them. I then go out to my
Recycle bin and they are not there. When I go back on
the internet, these deleted files are back in my
temporary internet file. Something must be directing the
deleted files somewhere else, where they then re-
populate. HELP!
