"w32/Nachi.Worm" <--- i've got this in my com

hi it's me again.... now i've got rid of my old one that
restarts my computer... but now i use McAfee to scan my
computer and i found this one "w32/Nachi.Worm"
i have the firewall protection but how come this WORM can
get passed it? it's stored in "C:\WINDOWS\system32
\wins\SVCHOST.EXE" i've tried to deleted it but i
can't... T_T
