Yes it does, when you run the file, it accesses your e-mail address book and
sends out infected messages to those that are in it. Now, if you have
friends who have gotten the virus because they ran it, you're going to get
"spammed" with this; it's unavoidable. Same thing in a newsgroup of any
kind, if you've provided a genuine address.
But with a munged e-mail address to your e-mail, how the heck are you going
to get any....E-Mail? So, you roll the dice, and you take your chances. But
in a public forum such as any that are similar to this, your chances are
substantially increased. Munge therefore; I gave you the link on how to do
this.
