Reporting is tedious as hell, but it's the only solution for this.
Waiting for every ISP in the world to start scanning outgoing email, and
notifying customers when infection is detected, is going to happen about
when every ISP in the world starts detecting and nuking spammers
immediately. IOW, never.

I went from 50 - 75 / day last week to less than a dozen / day this
week. I spent most of my free time doing it, but, it worked. From
randomly sampling what I'm seeing this week, I can tell that it's new
computers. The computers I reported were either disconnected or cleaned.

So you have to do your part. Report. Or be buried today by all the
Swen you could have prevented by reporting yesterday. Report
immediately. Every minute you wait, another flood of infection goes out
from the undetected infections.
