There sure is, and it's included right within
Windows. It's called TRACERT, short for Trace
Route. Open up a command prompt, by clicking
the Start button, choosing Run, and typing
COMMAND and clicking OK. From there, type:
TRACERT xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Substituting the xxx's with the IP address you
wish to resolve.
