Use the resources Rob has referenced.
Swen, like many recent viruses, spreads across networks.
The first action required, then, is to PULL THE PLUG--remove every infected
machine from network access immediately.
You need to get one machine clean, and connected to the Internet, to
download the tools to clean the rest.
