Email-Notification Virus!!!

We have now infected and continuely receiving messages
from bogus Microsoft Updates with attached virus.
One of the client in our Network open the attched file
that is our network are now infected.
So, My inquiry is how should resolve this virus in our
whole network.

Unfortunately to say, we dont have a Firewall or Proxy in
our network. We jst have installed Windows as our ICS
server with MS outlook as messaging tool.

Your immediate actions whose already infected and fixed
their Virus Notification virus is highly appreciated.
