Zial.exe worm

Anyone heard of this or know how to fix the problem. It
was sitting in the windows temp file, and I quarantined it
(it couldn't be deleted) with Mcafee... now I can't open
any application without it searching for the zial.exe
file, which is no longer there... therefore i can't open
any application file.
I have searched every site i can think of, with no luck...
any help out there?>
