Worm-like email

An email which I sent recently keeps being resent each
time I go into internet explorer. It is resent to the
original recipients as well as to my own email address,
even though I had not copied myself. It does not appear in
my sent items box, nor as a draft. I subscribe to McAfee
online virus scan. When I attempted to send this email
originally, Virus scan warned that the email I created had
worm-like features. I performed a complete virus scan on
my system and my system got a clean bill of health. How do
I get rid of this email once and for all? HELP PLEASE!
Hardy.
