Please!!!!! somebody Help!!!!!

I had the W32.BLASTER.WORM and I removed it with a
program called STINGER. The viruse is not there, however
I have all these weard things runing in my Windows Task
Manager under Processes. like SVCHOST.EXE, SPOOLSV.EXE
and many other things that come back after I end task
them and there are at least 4 of the same thing running
at the same time. i think my computer is infected, and
have no idea what to do. plus i can't surf the net
without something going wrong every minut.

Please. Anyone. Help
