I'd strongly recommend running at least a Swen cleaner app from your
favorite antivirus vendor, to remove the remnants of the infection, which
may still be present.

I assume you have been to Windows Update and downloaded and install all
Critical Updates? You need to repeat this, now that you've reinstalled the
OS from scratch.
