Popup Ad

I am repeatedly getting a popup from www.BYEBYEADS.com
warning me that a program was built into Windows XP that
allows dangerous popups. Since I have a program to screen
popups, this is the only one I get.
Can anyone tell me what I can do to be removed from their
list?
