Why do you think your Outlook is affected?
If you're just getting emails with viruses, it
doesn't mean that your Outlook is infected.
Make sure you're using IE/Outlook 6.0 with
all latest patches from:
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
As for emails, just delete them.
Consider using these free (for home use) tool:
