Only your ISP can do that. You can, with some effort, prevent these e-mails
from being seen, but if you don't a mail server, then you are at the mercy
of your ISP, and may have to empty targeted mailboxes as often as every five
minutes, 24/7 to ensure legitimate e-mails are not bounced because the
typical 10 MByte limit is exceeded.
