Have the W32/Swen@MM Virus from so-called "Microsoft" Update

I have the W32/Swen@MM virus -- It came as an attachment
on an e-mail that said it was an update from Microsoft!!
The "From Line" read "Microsoft Corporation Network
Security Department". It even had links to Microsoft web
page!!

What is going on!! I need help to get rid of it!!
