Repair for Swen/Gibe.F/Dumaru

I have Internet Explorer 6.0 & Outlook Express 6.0 I do
Microsoft windows updates regularly & have anti-virus. Is
there a patch I need to download to stop this virus or am
I ok? If you check MSN's site, it says if you've
downloaded service pack 2 for version 5.0, you're ok. That
service pack is no longer available. If you have version
6.0 are you ok? Thanks for the input!
