To stop seeing them, have them deleted from server.

Click on a message, then from the Outlook Express menu, select Message /
Create rule from message. Select "Where the From line contains specific
words". then in the box below that, select "Delete from Server". In the
bottom box, you will see your rule, with the section "subject contains"
highlighted. Click on this, and a box will open up to allow you to enter
words. Type in the exact subject line from one of the emails (or more than
one if you are getting a bunch of different ones) then click OK twice.
Presto, you won't see another one again.
