Blaster Worm 2

I got this message when I tried to have my firewall set
up to protect againest new worm.

The firewall cannot be configured because Windows
Management Instrumentation is not working. If you
continue to get this error, contact your computer
manufacturer or Microsoft for support.

What do I do? I got hit before the first time and don't
want to go thru it again
