windows update and still have the problem. The name of
the site it sent me to is Non-X premium dial up service
the screen has a scan button and advertizments
proclaiming they are the best and after the trial you can
sign up for a monthly fee. As long as you are in the
screen you are safe from sign off. The first time you try
to get out, a last chance screen apears and tells you you
must download or there is no guarentee. then another pop
up say's your computor is crashing (rpc pops up and
counts down)
