You've got a computer that has for some amount of time
been wide open to remote control by hackers. The may have
loaded so many back doors on the system it will be
difficult to find them all. Do you have financial data on
the machine? You need to be worried about your bank
accounts and personal data.

I recommend you disconnect from the internet and back up
essential data.
Reformat the machine and start over, this time don't use a
blank administrator password, run good av software and
keep it up to date, run a good firewall, and keep your OS
updated all the time.

Here is a good resource to do some self learning about how
to secure yourself:
http://securityadmin.info/faq.asp

I recommend:
Symantec Antivirus
Zonealarm Firewall
Tauscan Anti-trojan
Ad-aware anti-spyware

If you run and maintain all those things, chances are
you'll never have a problem.

Just my person prefs...

Having a secure computer takes some measure of effort on
the part of users.. this may be unfortunate but it's still
the way things are today.
