I don't think that you have blaster.

I think that you probably have randex.e

If you have an XP CD which allows you to reinstall XP over itself by running
Setup, that's what you need to do. You may wish to call the tech support of
the vendor who you got the machine from to be sure this is possible with the
media supplied with your machine.
