Thanks for your feedback.

Then I do not know of any way to refresh the new security setting without
killing the existing logon session. Actually I suspect there may be no
public solution for it. I have tried to send to internal security and IIS
team for consulting, however, I did not get any solution response yet. So
I assume there is no easy solution to get it done.

If you need further confirmation, I would recommend you to contact
Microsoft CSS. They have formal channel to discuss with product team for a
solution.
