Hi Paul ,
Sorry for letting you wait.
After some discussion internally, I was told that the rule is simply below:
Existing processes will be still able to continue running as the token is
still valid.
New process starts WILL need to present the new credentials.
Explicit authentications (as done by DCOM) also of course require the new
credentials.
