accessing SIGNER_ATTR_AUTHCODE structure from C++

I am porting a 32 bit application to x64. I need to access the information
identified in SIGNER_ATTR_AUTHCODE from my C++ application. In the 32 bit
version I used Capicom calls to extract the information. However I have been
unsuccessful calling capicom from a 64 bit binary. I have attempted to
configure Capicom as a COM+ application using Component Services. Even with
this configuration my Capicom calls fail.
Do I need to make changes to the 64 bit version of my application to access
Capicom as a COM+ Application? How does the to use component services instead
of just invoking the capicom dll directly?
Is there a way to access the SIGNER_ATTR_AUTHCODE information associated
with a signature from C++ but not using Capicom?
Thanks,
Leslie
.
