EV root installation and IE7 EV validation problem

Greetings,

We're developing Add-on for IE. In our installer we install EV root
certificates via function CertAddEncodedCertificateToStore. All certificates
are successfully installed, but in IE7 indicators for EV HTTPS site stop
working after we install our roots.

If we don't install roots, IE7 installs them itself for some of sites. But
we need to install them

Is there any "proper" way to install EV roots in system store?
