Installing several certificates from the PFX

Hello,

I have a single PFX file containing a certificate chain and an end-user
certificate together with private key. When I import this PFX to Windows
(using Windows certificate manager, i.e. by simply opening the PFX), all the
certificates are put to the 'MY' store by default. Is there a way to tell
Windows certificate manager to put the end-user certificate to the 'MY'
store and the topmost CA certificate to the 'Trusted Root' store? Should the
PFX contain some meta information to achieve this?

Thanks in advance,

With best regards,
