How does the RASPLAP accomplish this

I have implemented a PLAP which and can perform both the Connect/
Disconnect functionality, as well as Serialization similar to the
built in RAS PLAP.

One functionality I am trying to determine how to replicate is with
the RAS PLAP, when someone switches users, while connected via the
PLAP, instead of attempting to connect, the Submit button forces the
user out to enumerate credential tiles (not the PLAP tiles).

Does anyone have any idea how to tell Logon UI to re-enumerate all the
credential providers and their associated tiles from a PLAP?
