CERT_STORE_PROV_PKCS12

The CERT_STORE_PROV_PKCS12 is documented on MSDN (sub voce "CertOpenStore").
However, when I try to use it I get ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND. Is this provider
only supported on certain platforms, or at all? I need to access a private
certificate in a PFX blob without importing the blob into the local system
store (e.g. no PFXImportCertificate()).
