Determine unique user in non-domain win2000/xp/win2003
Hi. Is it possible to uniquely identify a user in a non-domain
situation? I know that in a domain we can query AD for the user's GUID
and that should be unique. Is there a similar unique id for a local user
on a stand alone computer?
