RE: Local security getting overwritten

Sorry for letting you wait for so long.

I have given this issue an internal consulting. Based on the feedback,
there is no programming interface for modifying the domain policy. The LSA
API can only be used to modify the local security policy of the Domain
Controller. ADSI also cannot be used to modify any group policies.

It seems your requirement is out of luck.
