Is it possible to some API to programmaticaly
export a certificate including its private key even if the certificate
was earlier imported from a .pfx file while leaving the 'Mark this key
as Exportable' option unchecked ?
There is no API to do this, but you should be aware that it is
absolutely possible if you are using a CSP that does not provide true
secure key storage (hardware based). That is, if you are using the
default "Microsoft Enhanced Cryptographic Storage Provider".
