smart card and signing email => pin dialog => csp??

hello

i create successfully certificate on my smart card and i successfully
configure outlook to use my smart card to sign emails, but i have one
question, when i want to send signed email before sending the dialog
box appear to get my pin so my private key on card can be use,
everything works well, but question is how can i create such custom
dialog, at this moment this dialog is from company from which i buy
smart card and smart card reader, they give me also CSP library, so how
is it work?? is it some service that watch pin request and show this
dialog or this custom dialog is implemented in CSP library??? where can
i find this?? so i can develop my own dialog and use in such
situations, thanks for any reply
