Note that although you asked the question, this one reply of mine was not a
reply to a message of yours.

It is not clear to me who wrote the DiskId32 utility, but whoever did does
deserve credit for the accomplishment.

Sometimes people make comments that are supplementary, but seem to be a
disagreement. I think it helps to state clearly that something said by
someone else is correct or whatever. Whether intended or not, Lynn's
comments seem to disagree with what Laszlo said. I assume that was not the
intent, but it is the result. Simply stating explicitly that Laszlo is
correct and that there is additional information would make the world a
better place. Understand?
