Capicom: transform PKCS12 into PKCS8 for signature ?

I need to digitally sign an XML message with a private key in PKCS8 format.
To work from I have a certificate with a private key in PKCS12 format (a PFX file).

Is there a way to use Capicom to transform the PKCS12 private key into a PKCS8 one and then generate the signature based on that?
