Nope. Last I heard, WinCE's SSL implementation was fairly monolithic (ported
from NT4 I think) and as such it doesn't use CryptoAPI/CSPs for encryption
or key exchange. It _might_ support calling into a CSP for client
authentication signing--I don't remember.
