in addition to the registry entries u have created.

i guess u have to create registry entries in current control set under
control ..to register a new network provider(see the key
networkprovider in currentcontrolset\control ),then u have to create a
registry key of the same network provider in services and in it u have
to point the path of ur gina dll

check ur WlxNegotiate and wlxinitialize function before going for the
above steps..see whether winlogon is getting in there..and they are
getting succeeded.
