    Hi,
         I am trying to create a PKCS7 renewal request (but not using
    Microsoft APIs).
         Are there any details of this PKCS7 request available.
    1. What message needs to be signed ? e.g. should the common name be
    signed.
    2. Which signing algorithm should be used ?
    3. Should the attributes also be present in the signing request ?

    What are the details that microsoft Certificate Services expects for
    this pkcs7 renewal request ?
