Getting information about a certificate template - MS CA 2003

Hi,

I've seen in the microsoft CA enrollment web site that is installed
along side the CA that there is an undocumented function called
getCertTemplateInfo in SCRDENRL.

Does anyone know if there is a different way to get information about
the template (not via SCRDENRL), and what are the params to the above
function.
