Is a NetBIOS Datagram from 192.168.0.183 related to Windows?

    ZoneAlarm's firewall keeps blocking Internet access to my computer from
    192.168.0.183 (NetBIOS Datagram). I do not know what a datagram is, other
    than the fact that it is quite persistent. Is this something from Microsoft
    that Windows needs?Is there a way to check out that address? Is this a threat?
