Azman API network Access problems?

Hello all!

I'm developping application, which tries to authorizate current user
against Windows Authorization manager. Only problem is that I cannot
access to the Authorization Manager through my local area network. (I
have installed Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack) Everything
works fine, when I'm using AzMan API functions locally on server
machine. So how Can I access Authorization manager over the local area
network?
