Spyware Removal Problem

    I have this spyware callinghome.biz on my machine. I am running win98, I have
    manually removed it from the registry and other spyware removal programs. It
    will replicate itself when removed with or without internet connection. One
    time it took 12 hours to replicate. I would really like to know how to remove
    this without having to reformat. Thanks for any help.
