    Finally, i gived up trying to install certificate through a web service. Even
    by using certutil.exe through a new process. The problem is that the new
    process is executed by network service account instead of the account defines
    in web.config... so it can't works.

    It could be a security leak, but I finally developped this functionality in
    a remoting service.
