using CryptUIWizExport / CryptUIWizImport

Hi,

I am trying to use functions CryptUIWizExport / CryptUIWizImport which are
documented in MSDN online documentation (updated Octuber 2004). I have latest
Platform SDK installed (Feb 2003), which doesnt not seem to include the
relevent version of header files for these functions.
Although the functions are defined in the respective DLL (CryptUi.dll)

Can anyone tell me how to use these functions in my code.
