Creating a custom CSP

Hi,
 I am involved in creating a custom CSP. Though I understand the
documentation available in MSDN, I am not clear where to start, especially
with the CSP DLL... like what should the DLL methods contain..etc.
 Anyone please suggest me a "tutorial" if there is one or where/ how to
start...
