Thanks again for working on this issue.
For your information, I explicitly added NETWORK SERVICE to
group "Backup Operators" but it did not make any difference
as you suspected.
May I recall a question in one of my previous post:
how could I check the actual permission applied
to my crypto container? Don't you think this may provide
helpful information?
