Creating certificates with custom DN....

Hi,
I have tried to pass send "cn=my name; oid.2.5.4.46=my qualifier" as the
dnString input to the createFileRequest in icenroll4 without success.
How can i get a Microsoft Certificate Authority to issue certificates with
the dnQualifier (oid: 2.5.4.46) set?
