I have more questions related to this.

1. Does only ‘File Recovery’ Cert. that can export the private key? What is this relate to MS Win2000’s user management? I would like to get the user Cert. and private and put that into disk. I think this should be the same with you create a Cert. into smart card.
2. How does openSSL relate to MS Cert. server?
