CryptGetDefaultProvider on PPC2003

On PPC 2003, the CryptGetDefaultProvider function consistently returns ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER if request it for CRYPT_USER_DEFAULT. It works fine for CRYPT_MACHINE_DEFAULT with rest of the parameters being same.

The documentation do not give any indication that this parameter (CRYPT_USER_DEFAULT) is not supported. Is that the expected behavior?

Thx
