Terminal Server Security withing session

I am delivering an application to run to clients and the application has a menu like most with file, open, save etc... There is also a toolbar item in this one in particular that launches the IE and goes to there support page. I have done everything I can, so far, to restrict this activity and protect our system but cannot. How can we stop these activities within the TS session?
